Recognizing the need for specialized coaching in competitive exams within agriculture and horticulture, she established the Agathiyar Academy in July 2014. With a profound understanding of the subject and proficiency in handling classes bilingually made the students thorough understanding of the subjects & periodical revision through mock tests for competitive exams, Mrs. AN. Shanthi leads the academy in its mission to nurture a competitive spirit among students and assist them in realizing their dreams of becoming civil servants. About us

Agathiyar Academy, a subsidiary of CENTRE FOR RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT (CRMD) was started for TNPSC Agricultural/ Horticultural Officers exams, Group IV, II, IIA exams to fullfill the desire of more number of rural students to become Government servants as well as to serve the society. Our coaching Institute quickly gained popularity in the rural areas for its outstanding achievement . The Institute's success stories of students from humble backgrounds achieving their dreams of becoming Government servants inspired many more to join. As a result, Agathiyar Institute has become a hub for aspiring AO/AAO/AHO/HO/Group II/Group IIA/Group IV who not only aimed for securing Government job but also wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of farmers.
